Being a Professional Muay Thai Fighter she also trains people in this sport, running Kickboxing Fitness classes at Clark Hatch Thaniya in Bangkok and taking clients for One on One Training Sessions, taking Boxing Technique and Pad Holding Workshops for Personal Trainers and helping trainers and fitness centres improve their businesses. Dream it - and do it!

Life is too short to get it wrong for too long... learn from other peoples journeys and live life the best that you can. When it comes to the machine you call your body most of us feed and look after our cars better than we do the amazing machines we have to live in!
